The business, along with its sister company Outbound Automotive® was founded on strong moral & ethical principles adhered to in forty years building successful customer, business & personal relationships across the UK and for a good number of years Europe and much further afield.

Relationships with people are very important to us.

Much of this experience was gained in the automotive industry, looking after both retail & corporate customers.

However, many years were also successfully spent in B2B within various industries ranging from engineering, motorsport, media and marketing.

Throughout those four decades, much communication was made with many hundreds of thousands of individuals & businesses via telephone.

The outbound telephone call was instrumental in driving business forward.

In this day and age of various means of communication, we still believe there is success in the principle of going back to basics, keeping things simple and personal by picking up the telephone.
